Where I Am
Well currently I am not there. I’m still living there but today I started the 40 minute commute to Halifax to begin working on “Boo” - Charlie Rhindress’ show that Emmy is producing for Mulgrave Road at the Halifax Fringe. A good two weeks in the woods. Lots of writing. A good deal of swimming. Some thinking. And falling in love with “Deadwood” on DVD. This is our third go at “Boo” and it does seem to be coming together. It opens on the 3rd of September at the Bus Stop theatre. On Saturday I head for New York for 24 hours to see “His Greatness” at the New York Fringe. It opened last night and as of yet I have had no reports. I’ll let you know about the “Boo” process as it develops. Feels good.
He emerges, hooray! I’m glad to see you were not eaten by a-cabin-in-the-woods monster - though you have to admit this photo looks a little like the set for a scary movie (or else the perfect spot for a writer to get a lot of writing done). Welcome back! xoxo
